Alvin's Anomaly Detection is based on the ARIMA model with full support for seasonality and a custom holiday calendar based on your region. It's powered by the automated Workload segmentation, allowing users to subscribe to notifications on anomalies within different groups, and monitor cost spikes at desired granularity.
Anomalies
All workloads are automatically monitored with no user setup required as soon as a Data Warehouse is connected. You can see them in a list view in the Anomalies page.
You will the affected metric with corresponding amount, as well as status and anomaly timeframe. The status will automatically change to resolved when they're not detected anymore. You can look into this tab for a full list view, or create custom Monitors to receive notifications as soon as the anomalies are detected.
